Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a
world-class learning community dedicated to creativity and growth through
the making and understanding of the
visual arts. We promote personal and
professional development of artists of
all levels through year-round workshops, artists’ residencies, exhibitions,
lectures, public events, and community outreach. More than 140 summer
workshops are offered at this historic
mountain ranch near Aspen, Colorado.

MassArt’s Art New England Work-
shops are held in Bennington, Ver-
mont, and provide an opportunity to
be immersed in art-making without
the interruptions of daily life. One-
week workshops are offered in paint-
ing, drawing, printmaking, artist’s
books, ceramics, and small sculpture.
Participants are inspired by faculty
who are renowned artists and gener-
ous teachers. Bennington College
offers superb studio facilities that are
open twenty-four hours, evening lec-
tures, open life-drawing, and superb
food. Art New England is an ideal
environment to reinvigorate your cur-
rent practice or to delve into another
medium. All courses may be taken
for graduate or undergraduate credit.

one, July 17–23; week two, July 24–30;

The Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation summer seminar is a scholarship
program open to all artistically gifted
high-school juniors. The seminar is
designed as an institute to offer intensive visual art studio programs for
students. There are three, two-week
sessions with up to twenty students
per session selected to attend. The
summer seminar is held on the campus of Colorado College in Colorado
