The Project: My second graders
used Armada Art’s Snippy scissors
with 4-Cup Craft Caddy to cut out
sea creatures drawn on construction
paper. These creatures were then
used to create artwork in the style of
aboriginal dot paintings.
Although some students had
trouble fitting their fingers into the
handle openings, the scissors cut very
evenly and smoothly. Both left- and
right-handed students seemed to be
able to cut well with the scissors, and
most students found them comfortable to use.
