Advertisers and ad agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements (including text and
illustrations) printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against
the;publisher.;The;advertiser;and;the;advertising;agency;are;jointly;and;severally;liable;for;payment.

Special positions requested, other than “preferred,” not guaranteed. Center spread is not sold.
Commission and Terms

•;1/6;page;minimum;to;hold;frequency;rate;on;contracts.

Cancellation Policy
If necessary, ads must be cancelled seven working days prior to that issue’s closing date.
Ads may not be cancelled or modified beyond that date. Otherwise, full rate will be charged.
