A ustralian artist Joshua Smith looks at everyday inner-city buildings and revels in their decay and aging process. His miniature models pay homage to the life cycle of a building. While recreat - ing these buildings, he captures all of the imperfections, such as the layers of dirt, graffiti on a wall, or rust from a pipe. He is inspired by these details, which give older buildings character. Using Joshua Smith's idea of decay and imperfections as inspiration, I Suzanne Nall Students' completed collaborative relief mural.
