Direct them to firmly pat the flour into the cutaway areas of the stencil then carefully lift the stencil from the flour to reveal the temporary design. Photograph the results. Return to the classroom and share the photographs of students' work. Ask them to each share the quote that their stencil illustrates. How well do the stencils reflect the quotes?
