Sometimes I feel the need to "amp" up the excitement level and "wow" my students with an array of techniques and media worked into one lesson; but there's no reason why a simpler approach can't be just as effec- tive. For this lesson, I decided to take a step back and ask students to work on their observational skills as well as use creative problem solving. Jana DeSimone
