bundle Up Early Childhood Studio Lesson High School Studio Lesson 30 January 2014 SchoolArts Will, grade one. Grace Hulse S easons are mysterious and exciting for young children. Suddenly the world as they know it starts changing. Trees lose leaves or sprout new buds; tulips pop up from the ground; darkness comes earlier or later; and in wintertime, the cold weather arrives. Each year, as the temperatures fall, the anticipation of snow is in the air. My first graders anxiously wait for the day they can spy those first magical white flakes falling from the sky. And who can blame them? With snow comes a chance to sled, build snowmen, and, if there's enough, maybe even get a day off from school.
