Champion Creatively Alive Children ® Photos courtesy of John Pinderhughes Creative Leadership Grants 2013 ® Creative Leadership Grants Crayola and the National Association of Elementary School Principals are the proud sponsors of Champion Creatively Alive Children, a program that provides professional development resources and grants for innovative, creative leadership team building within elementary schools. The National Art Education Association encourages their members to partner with their school's principal and colleagues to generate grant proposals. Request for Proposals Up to 20 elementary schools from the United States and Canada will receive grants to implement, document and share results of an innovative program that will build creative capacity and collaboration school-wide. © 2012 Crayola. Eligibility Proposals must be submitted by principals who are members of NAESP. Educators whose schools received a grant in 2012 are not eligible to apply in 2013. They are, however, urged to become judges of 2013 proposals. Proposals will be accepted December 3, 2012 through June 21, 2013. Every Early Bird application submitted before midnight on Monday, June 10, will receive a Crayola product . Classpack® Each grant winner receives $2,500 and Crayola products valued at $1,000.
