As an educational leader, when you are creating unique points of departure, ask yourself what decisions you are making and what decisions you are allowing your students to make. A great prompt or theme has the most potential when it is open-ended enough to give students choice. As students grow throughout your art program, they will hone their ability to problem solve ideas in extraordinary ways that give wings to ideas that soar.
